All products sold on Elevating Social Media are digital downloads. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, the files become immediately accessible.

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

If the duplicate purchase is verified, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
